گاتی

गाती gātī[gāt, q.v. + ī= Prk. इआ=S. इका], s.f. A cloth or dress worn (by village people) like a plaid (a ćaddarpassed over the shoulders, and under the arms, and fastened in a knot on the chest):—gātībāṅdhnā, or gātīmārnā, To wear or fasten on a gātī, to wear a ćādaras a plaid is worn.
