گاجا

गाजा gājā, s.f. The first rice-sowing in the districts at the foot of the hills (this sowing is in Baisākh, and the cutting in Bhādoṅ: the second sowing, called bhijo`ā, occurs in Jeṭh; the cutting in Ku`ār: the third sowing, called rassautāor rute`ā, takes place in Asāṛhor Sāwan; and the cutting in Kārttikor Aghan).
