ٹھٹھنا

ठठना ṭhaṭhnā[ṭhaṭh˚= Prk. ठड्ढ(इ) or ठड्ढे(इ), fr. S. ःतब्ध, p.p.p. of rt. ःतम्भ् ], v.n. To stand, endure, last, to continue; to stand (against, -ke āge), to withstand, oppose;—v.t. To arrange, set in order; to decorate, adorn;—to fix or settle in the mind, to determine.
