िठठक ṭhiṭhak (v.n. of next, q.v.), s.f. The state of standing still, stagnation; the state of stopping suddenly, or of standing amazed, etc.;—(conj. part. of next), adv. Reluctantly, hesitatingly, slowly (=ṭhiṭhak-ke).
