हाथी hāthī[Prk. हित्यओ; S. हिःतक: (हिःतन् +कः)], s.m. An elephant;—(at chess) the castle or rook;—name of the thirteenth Nakshatraor lunar mansion:—hāthī-pāṅwor pā`oṅ, s.m.
