موالات

muwālāt ( f o r A . موالاة , inf. n. of والی 'to be a friend, etc.; to continue, or follow, without intermission,' iii of ولی 'to be near,' etc.), s.f. Pursuing a business steadily or without intermission;—friendship, love, affection; mutual amity; favour, patronage.
