dastar-ḵẖẉān (contrac. of dastār˚), s.m. A table-cloth, a piece of cloth or leather, etc. spread on the ground, upon which the dishes of a meal are placed:—dastar-ḵẖẉān-kībillī, 'The cat of the table-cloth'; an uninvited guest, a sponge.
