دستار

dastār, s.f. A sash or fine muslin cloth wrapped round a turban;—a napkin, towel; a cloth, etc. (on which dishes are laid):—dastārband, s.m. A servant whose business it is to make up the turban:—dastār-ḵẖẉān, s.m. A cloth, etc. to place dishes on (vulg. dastar-ḵẖẉān, q.v.).
