दशर् darś (fr. dr̤iś), s.m. Seeing, sight, view, look, appearance;—the moon when only just becoming visible, the new moon; the day of new moon; the conjunction of the sun and moon:—darśa-pa, darśap adj. Drinking the new moon oblation:—darś-pratāp, s.m. contrac. of darśan-pratāp, q.v.s.v. darśan.
