घिड़या ghaṛiyā[Prk. घिडआ; S. घिटका], s.f. A small earthen pot; a melting-pot, a crucible;—a honey-comb; a wasp's nest (in this sense, perhaps, for ghariyā, dim. of ghar, q.v.);—the womb.
