डीठ ḍīṭh [Prk. िदिट्ठ or िदट्ठी; S. दृिƴः], s.f. Look, glance, view, sight, vision (cf. āṅkh):—ḍīṭh-band, adj. & s.m. Enchanting the sight, preventing one's seeing by conjuration or hocus-pocus;—a conjurer, juggler, one who hoodwinks:—ḍīṭh-bandī, s.f. Enchanting the sight; preventing, by conjuration, one's seeing; hoodwinking.
