چھنٹاو

छंटाव ćhaṅṭā`o [ćhaṅṭā(nā)+ā`o; cf. ćhin-ā`o], s.m. A cutting, paring, scantling; retrenchment, reduction, saving;—beating or pounding rice to clear it from the husk, husking; husked rice, etc. siftings, refuse; pus, discharge (from a sore or wound;—secundines or afterbirth; a detachment on forage (see ćhaṭā`o).
