चबी, चकरी ćakṛī[S. चब+इका], s.f. A pulley; a mill (=ćakkī);—a round plate on which bread is rolled; a whirligig; a bandalore or small wheel with a cord fixed to its centre which winds and unwinds itself alternately by the motion of the hands; a circle or an assembly of singers;—a kind of cloth made of silk and cotton.
