پھاوڑي

फावड़ी phā`oṛī(dim. of phā`oṛā), s.f. A shovel, hoe, an instrument like a small rake or hoe for removing a horse's dung;—a crutch on which a jogīleans;—a piece of wood or staff with a support at each end (which is held in both hands and laid horizontally in performing the exercise of ḍanḍ;—syn. bairāgā).
