पोट poṭ[S. पुट or पोट], s.f. A bundle, bale, package, a load (=pushtwārāand moṭ); heap, pile, quantity; a cloth in which grain is tied up; a cloth in which a corpse is wrapped, a shroud;—a spout:—poṭ-gal, s.m. A species of reed, Arundo tibialis;—a kind of grass, Saccharum spontaneum.
