ठसक ṭhasak, s.f. = H ٹھسكا ठसकाṭhaskā, s.m.[Prk. टच्छक्क˚fr. S. तक्ष+कृ], Tightness or sense of oppression (arising from cold), a cold, a cough; hacking sound of a cough;—state, dignity; pride, vanity, pompousness; affected gait or air, mincing; foppishness;—a fop, a swell;—a narrow street.
