व्याल vyāl, adj. Wicked, etc. (see byāl);—s.m. A villain, rogue; a vicious elephant, etc. (i.q. byāl, q.v.):—vyālāri (˚la+ari), s.m. 'Enemy of the snake, an epithet of Garuṛ(the bird of Vishṇu):—vyāl-grāhī, s.m. A snake-catcher, one who lives by catching and exhibiting snakes.
