िहचिकचाना hićkićānā[hićkićā˚, by redupl. of khic˚(=khiṅć˚= kheṅć, rt. of kheṅćnā, q.v.) + ā= āw= Prk. आवor आवे=S. आिप(caus. aug.)+nā], v.n. To draw back; to waver, hesitate; to doubt, be in suspense; to falter; to hum and haw;—to wriggle; to hitch.
