مہتی

महती mahatī, vulg. mahtī, and (dialec.) महित mahati[S. महत् +इका], s.f. An eminent woman;—an abbess, a lady-superior;—the lute of Nārad (containing seven, or one hundred, strings;—the egg-plant, Solanum melongena;—(in Arith.) a great surd, or the sum of two original irrational numbers.
