مٹیانا

मिटयाना maṭiyānā[maṭī˚, prob. akin to S. मृ ष् ; ˚ānā, as in the preceding, q.v.;—cf. also maṭaknā], v.t. To wink at, connive at; to suffer, tolerate;—to pretend not to hear; to turn a deaf ear to; to make no answer.
