موتیا

मोितया motiyā[motī, q.v.+S. कः], adj. Bright as a pearl; pearl-coloured; pearl shaped; pearl-like; pearly;—s.m. A species of jasmine, Jasminum zambac:—motiyā-bindu, or motiyā-bind, s.m. A particular disorder of the eye, cataract, Gutta serena:—motiyā-pāg, s.m.=motī-pāg, q.v.s.v. motī:—motiyā-nallāor nalā, s.m. A sort of fireworks, the tube of which sends forth a shower of pearl-like sparks.
