ملازمت

mulāzamat (for A. ملازمة , inf. n. of لازم , iii of (and syn. with) لَ زِ مَ 'to be assiduous,' etc.), s.f. Assiduity, diligence; close attendance (on); waiting (on); service, duty; paying respects (to a superior):—mulāzamat iḵẖtiyār karnā(-kī), To take service (with), enter the service (of):—mulāzamat ḥāṣil karnā(-kī), To be admitted to an audience; to be permitted to wait (upon), or to pay (one's) respects (to).
