مشٹي

मुिƴ mushṭi, and H. मुƴी mushṭī(fr. S. मुिƴका), s.f. Filching, pilfering, stealing, robbing;—the closed or clenched hand, the fist; clutch, grasp, grip;—a handful, fistful; hilt, or handle (of a sword, etc.):—mushṭi-bandh, or mushṭī-bandh, adj. & s.m. Clenching the fist; closing the hand;—a handful:—mushṭi-pāt, or mushṭī-pāt, s.m. Pummelling; boxing:—mushṭī-mushṭi, s.f. Fisticuffs, boxing, fighting;—adv. Fist to fist; hand to hand.
