مروڑي

मरोड़ी maroṛī[maroṛ, q.v.+ī= Prk. इआ=S. इका;—and also fem. of the part. maroṛā, q.v.], s.f. A twisting, contortion, writhing;—anything twisted;—a screw, metal worm or spindle:—maroṛī-phalī, s.f.=maroṛ-phalī, q.v.s.v. maroṛ:—maroṛīdenā(-ko), To give a twist (to):—maroṛīkhānā, To be twisted; to turn; to coil;—to be perplexed (=pećkhānā, q.v.s.v. peć).
