mubt̤il (act. part. of ابطل , iv of بطل ; see mubt̤al), part. adj. & s.m. Nullifying, annulling, abolishing; who or what invalidates; annihilating; frustrative;—annuller, abolisher, etc.; defacer, destroyer;—one who says a thing in which is no truth or reality; one who embellishes speech with lies.
