लुहार luhār (i.q. lohār, q.v.), s.m. A worker in iron, a blacksmith; a smith:—luhār-ḵẖāna, s.m. A blacksmith's shop:—luhāṛ-ḵẖāne-meṅsu`iyāṅbećnā, 'To sell needles in a blacksmith's shop,' to carry coals to Newcastle:—luhār-kībhaṭṭī, s.f. A blacksmith's forge; a furnace.
