लांक lāṅk[prob. akin to S. लग् , and H. lāg], s.f. A quantity, measure; a heap, large quantity, much;—loins, reins;—bird-lime;—chaff; wheat (or any small cereal) cut in the straw (in this sense prob. fr. S. लाव+कृ).
