كنی

कनी kanī, or कन्नी kannī[Prk. किणआ; S. किणका], s.f. A particle, an atom; a fragment, piece; a grain, or broken piece (of rice, etc.); bran; a small piece of crystal or diamond; spark of a diamond or other gem; a particle of strength or power; a hard or uncooked grain (of rice, etc.);—a bulbous root:—kannīkāṭnā(-kī), To effect the ruin (of a person) by clandestine means, to undermine (a person).
