قاصر

qāṣir (act. part. of قصر 'to be short' (of), etc.; see quṣūr), part. adj. Falling short (of), failing, wanting, lacking; deficient, defective; unable, unequal (to), impotent:—qāṣiru’lbayān, adj. Failing in relation or description, unable to describe; defective in respect of meaning; inexplicable:—qāṣiru’l-lisān, adj.
