شفعہ

shuf`a (for A. شفعة shuf`at, v.n. fr. شفع 'to join to, to couple,' etc.), s.m. Any possession coveted; the right of obtaining possession (of a piece of land, etc.), the right of pre-emption, pre-emption:—aqq-ě-shuf`a, s.m. The right of pre-emption in favour of a person whose possessions adjoin to a land offered for sale.
