सातों sātoṅ[format. or obl. pl. of sāt = S. सƯानां, gen. pl. of saptan; Prk. सƣंहं], adj. & collec, s.m. The seven, the whole seven, all the seven;—the seven of them:—sātoṅkāṇḍ, s.m. The seven sections into which the Rāmāyan of TulsīDās is divided:—sātoṅdvīp, s.m. The seven divisions of the world as recognized in the Hindūsystem.
