ṛaj`at, rij`at (for A. رجعة , inf. n. of un. of رجع 'to return'), s.f. Return; the act of returning, reverting; return or recurrence (of a fit, etc.); return of a man to his family; a man's returning to his wife, or taking her back by marriage, after having divorced her;—reply or answer (of a letter); returning to earth after death; the resurrection:—raj`at honāor hojānā(-kī), To be constantly recurring (to), or harping (on), to be repeating (the same thing); to become mad, be crazy.
