िदलवाली dilwālī(=dillī-wālī), s.m. An inhabitant of Dillīor Dehlī:—dillī-ke dilwālīmuṅh ćiknāpeṭ ḵẖālī, prov. The inhabitants of Dillīhave sleek faces (indicative of opulence), when, in fact, they are starving.
