حقیت

= A حقیة ḥaqqīyat (abst. s. fr. ḥaqqī, rel. n. fr. حقّ ), s.f. Right, just pretension, claim, title; proprietorship, ownership; property; a holding, tenure; share:—ḥaqqīyat-iẓhārī, s.f. The manifestation or proof of a right:—ḥaqqīyat-ě-shikmī, s.f. An under-tenure:—ḥaqqīyat-ě-kāsht, s.f. A title arising from cultivation:—ḥaqqīyat-ě-nāqiṣ, s.f. A defective title:—ḥaqqīyat-ě-wirs̤a, s.f. Right of inheritance.
