थूक thūk [Prk. थुक्को; see thūknā], s.m. Spittle, saliva (cf. thū); the gossamer:—thūk bilonā, v.n. lit. 'To churn spittle'; to chatter nonsense, to talk idly:—thūk ćāṭnā, see s.v. thūknā:—thūk lagā-kar ćhoṛnā, v.t. To treat with sovereign contempt (see next):—thūk lagānā(-par), To apply spittle (to), (also a term of abuse and most indecent meaning); to spit (upon, in contempt), to defeat, overcome:—thūk hai, intj.
