تھتكارنا

थुत्कारना thut-kārnā, v.n. To spit, to sputter; to spit or hiss (as a snake, etc.); to spit (at), to drive away scornfully;—to imitate the sound and action of spitting (in order to avert evil from one):—thut-kār lenā, v.t. To make the sound thut, as of spitting, over (a person or thing, in order to avert evil).
