tashrīf [inf. n. ii of شرف 'to be exalted,' etc.], s.f. Honouring, exalting, ennobling; decking or investing with a splendid robe;—(in address) your honour, your worship:—tashrīf arzānīfarmānā, tashrīf farmānā, v.n. To go; to come:—tashrīf-le-jānā, v.n.
