ब्याह byāh, िबयाह biyāh [S. िववाह], s.m. Marriage:—byāh denā, v.t. To give in marriage:—byāh raćānā(-kā), To celebrate a marriage:—byāh karā`ī, s.f. The marriage fees of a Brāhmaṇ:—byāh karnā, byāh kar-denā(-se), To marry (one, to), to marry or take a wife (e.g. ćār byāh kiyā, he took four wives); to celebrate a marriage:—byāh lānā, byāh lenā, byāh le-ānā, byāh le-jānā(-ko), To marry, take in marriage, bring home a wife:—byāh-wālā, adj. & s.m.
