भावना bhāwnā, bhā`onā[S. भावन+कः], s.m. Mental perception, present consciousness of past ideas or perceptions; recollection, imagination, fancy, presentiment; contemplation, thought, meditation, consideration; anxiety, apprehension, doubt, concern; wish. desire, craving, longing; solicitation, request; (in Math.) the principle of combination.
