अज्ञात aggyāt (S. ajnāta), part. adj. Unknown, not understood; ignorant, inexperienced, simple:—aggyāt-jobanā(S. ajnāta+yauvanā), s.f. A girl arrived at maturity and surprised at the symptoms which then appear, not knowing to what to attribute her sensations.
