muẓāyaqa, vulg. muẓā`eqa (for A. مضایقة muẓāyaqat, inf. n. of ضایق 'to straiten; to treat with hardness or harshness,' iii of ضاق (for ضیق ) 'to be or become narrow or strait'), s.m. 'Reducing to straits; oppressing; oppression'; making a difficulty;—difficulty;—penury, scarcity, want, necessity, distress;—moment, importance, consequence, significance:—muẓāyaqa nahīṅ, or kućh muẓāyaqa nahīṅ,. It is of no consequence; no matter, never mind:—kyāmuẓā`eqa, What matter!
