िमती mitī[S. िमित+का], s.f. A specified or particular lunar day considered as a date (syn. tithi), date, day of the month;—interest; discount:—mitīpūgnā, v.n. Interest (on a bill, etc.) to be due:—mitī ćaṛhānā, or mitī ḍālnā(-meṅ), To put the date (on or to), to date; to finish (a letter or writing):—mitī-kāṭā, s.m.
