qā`iza (prob. formed fr. qūz, 'curved'), s.m. A mode of tying a horse's head by passing the bridle to his tail (to prevent his biting, etc. while being rubbed down);—a bridle used whilst cleaning a horse, a bit or curb:—qā`iza karnā, v.t. To tie a horse's head by passing the bridle to the tail.
