ईƳर īśwar, vulg. īswar, s.m. Ruler, master, lord; the Supreme Being, God;—a name of Śiva, of Kām-de`o, etc.:—īśwar-ādhīn, adj. & s.m. Subject to or dependent on God;—one who is resigned to the Divine will, a servant of God:—īśwar-ādhīnatā, s.f. Subjection to, or dependence on, God:—īśwar-ārādhnā, s.f.
