ڈهلتا

ढलता ḍhaltā(imperf. part. of ḍhalnā), part. adj. (f. -ī), Rolling; falling; moving, slipping, shifting, etc.:—ḍhaltī-phirtī ćhā`oṅ, lit. 'Shifting and moving shadow'; the changeable state of worldly concerns, the vicissitudes of life or fortune; (fig.) a person of capricious or unsteady temper.
