सम्भावनीय sam-bhāvanīya, = S سمبھاویہ सम्भाव्य sam-bhāvya, part. adj. To be adapted, to be made fit; suitable, capable, fit; possible; supposable, imaginable, probable, likely:—sambhāvya-bhavishyat, (in gram.) The doubtful or contingent future tense (e.g. maiṅjātāho`ūṅor hoṅ, 'I may be going, or I may perhaps go, or it may be that I shall go').
