خطاب

ḵẖit̤āb (inf. n. of iii of خطب 'to recite'), s.m. Conversation, discourse, speech, address, harangue;—a title:—ḵẖit̤āb karnā, To address, accost:—ḵẖit̤āb-o -`ětāb, s.m. Angry or reproachful speech, rebukes, censures.
