تھالی

थाली thālī[S. ःथाली+का], s.f. A small flat plate or dish of metal or earth; plate, dish, platter; a salver; a stand (for a candlestick, or a ḥuqqa, etc.); (fig.) a present of sweetmeats, fruits, etc. (made by relations or friends on festive occasions):—thālībajānā, v.n. To strike or play on a thālīor plate.
