bar-dāsht (v.n. of bar-dāshtan), s.f. Endurance, patience, forbearance; stores, supplies; taking goods on credit, credit transaction (syn. ućāpat:—bardāsht-khāna, s.m. Temporary store-house:—bar-dāsht karnā(-kī), To endure, suffer, tolerate, bear patiently (syn. sahnā); to look well (after), tend (an animal) well:—bar-dāsht honā, v.n. To be endured, etc.; to be tolerable.
