g̠ash (contrac. of A. غشی g̠ashyuṉ, inf. n. غشی 'to become senseless, to swoon'), s.m. A swoon, stupor, insensibility, fainting:—g̠ash ānā, or g̠ash paṛnā(-par), To swoon, to become insensible, to faint:—g̠ash karnāor g̠ash honā(-par), To be dazzled, or bewildered, or astonished (at the sight of a beautiful object, etc.); to lose (one's) heart (to), to be enamoured (of), to fall in love (with).
